okok we had pt yesterday. the turnout? FIVE of us. hahahha. but we persevered k. like we realised doing 20 starjumps together was easier than doing 20 starjumps alone. and sit ups kill me. but crunches kill shiya. and i think my stamina dropped. because fartlegs actually felt tiring. tsktsk. but the weather was pretty ok, and we just pia-ed for the whole pt.
